Famous for bringing performance poetry into print without compromising its energy and for making the humble poetry pamphlet cool again with publication of titles such as Jacob Sam-La Rose's Communion and Inua Ellams' 13 Fairy Negro Tales, the iconic street-led publishing house, flipped eye publishing, has been delivering a range of new and classic work in themed line-ups at Brixton's Ritzy Cinema Bar. October's selection FE CLASSICS will feature some of the early writers published by flipped eye: Roger Robinson, Janett Plummer, Niall O'Sullivan & Malika Booker.

Music on the night will come from the quietly powerful 'English Rose With The 8-String Guitar', the astonishing Lisbee Stainton.  Freebies on the night. Hosted by Inua Ellams & Nick Makoha.
